Chemchemi za Gesi
• Gesi yenye shinikizo kubwa (gesi ya nitrojeni: isiyowaka) imefungwa kwenye silinda,na nguvu ya mmenyuko wa gesi hutumika kamachemchemi. Kwa sababu chemchemi hii ndogo ya gesipokea kigezo kidogo cha chemchemi kutoka kwa kikubwamzigo wa awali licha ya ukubwa wake, unaweza kuwa
kutumika kwa matumizi mbalimbaliikijumuisha mashine, fanicha, magari, ofisi,vifaa vya kiotomatiki, nk.
Vipengele
• Licha ya ukubwa na uzito wake, nguvu kubwa ya chemchemi (mwitikio) inaweza kupatikana.
• Nguvu ya chemchemi (mwitikio) huwa karibu sawa katika kipindi chote cha mpigo wake.
• Inaweza kubuniwa inavyohitajika kwa matumizi mapana.
Kuhusu Uteuzi wa Awali
1. Kokotoa nguvu ya mmenyuko inayohitajika (F) kupitia fomula ifuatayo, kisha tafuta aina zinazowezekana za modeli.

F=WXA/B W: Uzito wa Milango, nk.
A: Umbali mlalo kati yaEgemeo (Bawaba ya Mlango, nk.) naKituo cha Mvuto
B: Umbali wima kati yaEgemeo (Bawaba ya Mlango, nk.) naMhimili wa Chemchemi ya Gesi
2. Chagua Fx1.1 au zaidi kwa nguvu ya mmenyuko wa chemchemi ya gesi.
Nguvu za mmenyuko wa gesi zinaweza kutofautiana ndani ya takriban 10%.
3. Ikiwa inahitajika, nguvu ya mmenyuko (Fx1.1) ni kubwa kuliko mmenyuko
nguvu katika urefu wa juu zaidi wa chemchemi ya gesi -( ) mm, tumia 2 au
chemchemi zaidi.
4. Nguvu za mmenyuko zimeundwa kwa nyuzi joto 20. Nguvu za mmenyuko
ongezeko au kupungua kadri halijoto inavyobadilika.
Tahadhari za Matumizi (kwa FGS, GSS, FGSS, HFGSS na FRGSS)
• Zingatia halijoto ya chemchemi za gesi wakati wa matumizi. Usihifadhi kwa muda mrefu. Itasababisha kuzorota kwa muhuri mapema na kupungua kwa nguvu ya mmenyuko.
(Kiwango cha Halijoto ya Bidhaa: GSS, FGSS: -20°C ~ 60°C / HFGSS: -20°C ~ 80°C / FRGSS: -30°C ~ 80°C Baadhi ya bidhaa zina kiwango tofauti cha halijoto. Thibitisha kwenye kila ukurasa wa bidhaa.)
• Nguvu za mmenyuko wa gesi hutofautiana kidogo kati ya bidhaa za kibinafsi na zinaweza kubadilika kulingana na halijoto.
• Nguvu ya mmenyuko inaweza kupungua kulingana na hali ya uendeshaji na nyakati za matumizi. Tafadhali ibadilishe wakati haiwezi kufikia nguvu ya mmenyuko inayohitajika.
• Usihifadhi au kutumia katika mazingira ambayo fimbo inaweza kutu, au katika mazingira ya kemikali. Zaidi ya hayo, usipake rangi chemchemi ya gesi.
• Usiharibu mitungi na fimbo. Ikiwa fimbo zimefungwa kwa tepu au nyuzi za plastiki, gundi au nyuzi zilizobaki juu ya uso zitaingia ndani, na kusababishauvujaji wa gesi/mafuta. Hakikisha umeona kama hakuna kutu, mikwaruzo, gundi na vitu vya kigeni kwenye fimbo kabla ya matumizi.
• Usitumie nguvu kama vile mzigo unaopinda na msokoto. Kupokea mzigo kwa kutumia chemchemi za gesi pekee husababisha mzigo usio na usawa, ambao husababisha kuzorota mapema na gesi/mafuta.uvujaji. Kwa mwendo unaozunguka, hakikisha umeweka utelezi laini kwenye bawaba. Kwa mwendo wa mstari, sakinisha mwongozo, n.k. ili kuzuia mzigo usio na usawa.
• Usipanue chemchemi za gesi zaidi ya urefu wake wa juu. Hata katika kiharusi cha juu zaidi (wakati wa mgandamizo), lazima ibaki takriban 10mm kutoka mwisho wa kiharusi. Usifanye hivyo.Panua na kubana kwa kasi ya juu (kwa 1m/s au zaidi).
• Tumia FGS na GSS huku upande wa silinda ukiinuliwa juu na upande wa fimbo ukiinuliwa chini, ili mafuta ya ndani yalinde muhuri wa mpira. Kwa FGS, GSS na FRGSS, usiinamishe zaidi ya 60digrii. Inapohitajika kuhifadhi kwa muda, usiinamishe zaidi ya digrii 60.
• Ingawa hakuna kizuizi katika pembe ya matumizi ya FGSS na HFGSS, inashauriwa kuelekeza fimbo chini.
Vipengele vya Chemchemi za Gesi Zisizo na Mlango za Kuweka (FGSS)
• Chemchemi za Gesi Zisizo na Mlango
1. Gesi ya nitrojeni (isiyoweza kuwaka) imefungwa kwenye chumba cha gesi C na pistoni inayosonga huru ikiingilia kati, na nguvu ya mmenyuko wa gesi hutumika kama chemchemi.
2. Chumba cha gesi C kina nguvu ya mmenyuko isiyobadilika katika kupanua mwelekeo kwani hushinikiza chumba cha mafuta AB. Kwa hivyo ukubwa wa nguvu ya mmenyuko hutegemea shinikizo la ndani la chumba cha gesi C.
3. Wakati fimbo inapotoka kutoka mahali palipopangwa, mafuta katika chumba AB husogea kupitia tundu la pistoni.
4. Mabadiliko ya ujazo wa fimbo kwenye silinda hurekebishwa na mabadiliko ya chumba cha gesi C.
Nguvu ya mmenyuko wa gesi katika urefu wa juu zaidi -10 (5) mm na urefu wa juu zaidi -(s) mm zimeorodheshwa katika orodha hii. Nguvu ya mmenyuko wa gesi kwa ujumla hubadilika kwa uwiano. Ikiwa nguvu ya mmenyuko wa gesi kwenye kiharusi fulani inahitajika, unganisha nukta 2 na mstari ulionyooka kama inavyoonyeshwa kwenye Mchoro 3 na usome thamani kwenye kiharusi hadi dhana.
